While he's already got his own Gibson Signature, now it's Epiphone turn to craft a more affordable Alex Lifeson Signature Les Paul Standard Axcess. This Artist Collection electric guitar comes complete with a matching EpiLite case and, just like its Gibson-made sibling, features a Floyd Rose R4 locking nut and a set-in neck with a specially contoured heel and a custom Lifeson profile. Thanks to all of that, all 22 frets are fully accessible for licks, which can be played while enjoying the support of a reliable double locking system combined with a GraphTech tremolo bridge.

The undersaddle piezo pickup and the GraphTech Ghost bridge system allow you to send out your acoustic sound via one output, while the second output is meant for the two humbuckers that fill up the bridge and neck positions of this Les Paul Standard Axcess signature. There's more than enough ways to dial in Alex Lifeson-approved sound via the two volume pots, the 3-way pickup switch and the single master tone control, simply because pulling up the volume pots, you can split the humbckers at will, or you can pull up the piezo volume pot to engage the piezo pickup.
